摘　　要：日间手术作为公立医院高质量发展的重要指标之一,已经越来越引起各地医院的重视。上海仁济医院作为国内最早开展日间手术的单位之一,探索了从日间手术1.0版的“临床科室在病房自发开展日间手术”,到2.0版“整合开放的日间手术平台、构建日间管理信息系统、实行闭环的日间手术管理”,再到3.0版“日间手术+日间化疗+日间介入”“互联网+”“人工智能+”“分级诊疗+”“建筑格局+”方案,形成了较为成熟高效的管理模式。随着日间手术的发展,医院部分专科和专病日间手术收治占科室出院人数达到60%以上,再集中收治存在削弱科室管理。为此,4.0版医院提出日间手术专科化和专病化管理,创新“日间手术”管理模式,提出建立日间手术管理专科化的发展道路。Day surgery,as one of the important indicators of the high-quality development of public hospitals,has attracted more and more attention from hospitals around the world.Shanghai Renji Hospital,as one of the earliest units in China to carry out day surgery,has explored from version 1.0"clinical departments carry out day surgery spontaneously inwards",to version 2.0"integrating an open day surgery platform,building a day management information system,and implementing closed-loop day surgery management",to version 3.0"day surgery+day chemotherapy+day intervention".management",to version 3.0"day surgery+day chemotherapy+day intervention","Internet+""artificial intelligence+""hierarchical medical system+""building pattern+"program,forming a more mature and efficient management model.With the development of day surgery,day surgery admissions for some specialties and specialties in the hospital account for more than 60%of departmental discharges,and the existence of further centralized admissions weakens departmental management.For this reason,version 4.0 of the hospital proposes to specialize and specialize in day surgery management,innovate the management model of"day surgery",and propose to establish a development path of specializing in day surgery management.
