以调中复衡理论为指导的电热砭石熨摩中药透入治疗在慢性功能性便秘中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨基于调中复衡理论的电热砭石熨摩中药透入治疗慢性功能性便秘(Chronic functional constipation,CFC)的临床价值。方法选择2021年4月至2022年8月海口市中医医院82例CFC患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组给予常规治疗(包括科学膳食、适度运动、多饮水、养成良好排便习惯等),研究组在对照组基础上给予基于调中复衡理论的电热砭石熨摩中药透入治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后自主排便频次、中医证候积分、便质干硬情况、中文版便秘状况评估量表(PAC-QOL)分值。结果研究组总有效率(95.12%)较对照组(80.49%)高(P<0.05)。两组自主排便频次分值治疗后均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组大便干结、便秘、面色咣白、夜尿清长、腹痛、腰酸、畏寒肢冷分值治疗后均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组便质干硬情况分值治疗后均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组PAC-QOL分值治疗后均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论常规干预基础上联合基于调中复衡理论的电热砭石熨摩中药透入法治疗CFC效果显著,利于改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of electro-heating bian stone ironing massage TCM penetrating method for chronic functional constipation(CFC)based on Tiaozhong Fuheng theory.Met-hodsFrom April 2021 to August 2022,82 patients with CFC in the hospital were selected and grouped according to random number table method,41 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment(including scientific diet,moderate exercise,drinking more waterand developing good bowel habits),while the research group received electrothermal needle stone ironing and TCM penetration treatment based on the theory of regulating the middle and restoring balance on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effects of thetwo groups,as well as the frequency of spontaneous defecation before and after the treatment,TCM syndrome scores,dry and hard stool qualityand the score of the Chinese version of the constipation assessment scale(PAC-QOL).ResultsThe total effective rate of the research group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.49%)(P<0.05).The scores of spontaneous defecation frequency in both groups were decreased after thetreatment compared to before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of dry stools,constipation,pale complexion,clear and long nocturia,abdominal pain,low back painand chilly limbs in both groups weredecreased compared to before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dry and hard stool in both groups weredecreased after the treatment compared to before,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PAC-QOL were decreased after the treatment compared to before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of conventional intervention,combined with the electrothermal needle stone ironing and TCM penetration method based on the theory of balance adjustment,the therapeutic effect of CFC
