摘  要:通过依次串联连接的矩阵开关模块、运算放大器、A/D转换器以及处理模块,实现了对来自各测量装置的多路热电偶传感器信号进行正负极自动识别与交换。该方法抛弃传统仪器仪表接线必须区分正负极性的原始落后方法,接线将不再人为区分正负极性,后端仪表会自动检测正负极性,并在发现某测量装置极性反接后自动将极性进行物理交换,再接入放大器进行后部处理。实测结果表明,该方法大大降低了现场接线核对极性工作量,简化了现场安装工作。This paper discusses the matrix switch module,operational amplifier,A/D converter and processing module connected in series to realize the automatic identification and exchange method of positive and negative poles of multiple thermocouple sensor signals from each measuring device.This method abandons the original backward method that traditional various types of instrument wiring must distinguish positive and negative polarity.Wiring will no longer artificially distinguish positive and negative polarity.Back-end instruments will automatically detect positive and negative polarity.After discovering that the polarity of a measuring device is reversed,the polarity is automatically physically exchanged and then connected to the amplifier for rear processing.Actual measurement verifies that this method greatly reduces the workload of on-site wiring and checking polarity,and greatly simplifies the on-site installation work.
