干旱胁迫对3个品种茶用菊生理特征的影响及耐旱性评价

摘  要:以中农牡丹、雪映霞光、祁黄菊3个品种茶用菊为试材,采用盆栽控水法模拟自然干旱环境,探究干旱胁迫对不同品种茶用菊生理生化指标的影响,并进行耐旱性综合评价。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,茶用菊相对电导率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛等指标均呈现上升趋势,而相对含水量则呈现下降趋势。通过隶属函数值分析法对3个品种茶用菊的抗旱性进行综合评价得出,雪映霞光抗旱性最强,其次是中农牡丹,祁黄菊抗旱性最弱。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and promotion of new varieties of tea chrysanthemum,the effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical indexes of different tea chrysanthemum varieties were investigated by using pot cultivation method to simulate natural drought.The results showed that with the intensification of drought stress,the relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde and other indexes showed an upward trend,while the relative water content showed a downward trend.Through the membership function value analysis,the drought resistance of three tea chrysanthemum varieties was comprehensively evaluated.The order of drought resistance was as follows:Xueyingxiaguang,Zhongnongmudan and Qihuangju.
