摘 要:为探讨黄花菜茎叶黄贮对肉牛育肥及血清生化指标的影响,选择西门塔尔杂代肉牛30头,开展饲喂试验。结果表明:在相同饲养管理条件下,日粮添加适宜黄花菜茎叶黄贮替代全株玉米青贮饲喂肉牛,可促进肉牛提高日增重,改善肉牛机体对饲料中蛋白质的吸收代谢,且对肉牛健康无不良影响。建议肉牛日粮中采用黄花菜茎叶黄贮替代15%~30%全株玉米青贮。To investigate the effects of yellow silage of daylily stems and leaves on fattening and serum biochemical indicators of beef cattle,30 Simmentaler hybrid cattle were selected for fattening experiments.The results showed that under the same feeding and management conditions,adding suitable daylily stem and leaf with yellow silage to the diet to feed beef cattle can promote the daily weight gain of beef cattle,improve the absorption and metabolism of protein in the feed and have no adverse effects on the health of beef cattle.It is recommended to use daylily stem and leaf with yellow silage to take the place of 15%to 30%whole plant corn silage in the beef cattle diet.
