摘 要:在高铟、高铁闪锌矿在火法焙烧过程中,产出的锌焙砂在常规浸出条件下浸出率低,本文以文山州都龙复杂多金属高铟锌焙砂为研究对象,开展中性-高压还原联合浸出试验研究,通过条件优化,在初始浸出酸度为110 g/L,温度105℃,反应时间2.5 h,SO_(2)通入量理论值的1.05倍、搅拌速度450 r/min的条件下,锌、铟浸出率达到了98.96%、95.7%,有效解决了传统浸出工艺中锌、铟浸出率低的问题。In the context of pyrometallurgical roasting,the leaching efficiency of zinc calcine derived from high indium and high iron sphalerite is typically hindered by low leaching rates under conventional conditions.This study focuses on the complex multi-metal high indium zinc calcine obtained from Dulong,Wenshan,and presents a rigorous investigation employing a neutral-high pressure reduction combined leaching approach to overcome this limitation.By systematically optimizing the experimental parameters,including an initial leaching acidity of 110 g/L,a temperature of 105 ℃,a reaction time of 2.5 hours,a sulfur dioxide(SO_2) input at 1.05 times the theoretical value,and a stirring speed of 450 r/min,remarkable leaching rates of 98.96% and 95.7% for zinc and indium,respectively,were achieved.It provides a significant advancement in addressing the challenge of low leaching rates of zinc and indium in conventional processes.
