摘　　要：城市更新是当今世界与我国社会经济可持续发展的重大议题。当代国际城市住区更新可持续理论与实践,对我国提升城市品质、满足人民群众美好生活需要、推动城市高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于城市住区更新可持续模式下的开放建筑论方法,分析了既有住区再生解决方法与路径、既有居住建筑SI再生设计和实践案例,并对我国城市住区更新的可持续模式与发展方向提出了建议。Urban Regeneration is an important issue for the sustainable development of social economy in China and the world.The sustainable theory and practice of international urban residential regeneration are of great significance to improve the quality of cities,meet the needs of people for a better life and promote the highquality development of cities in China.Based on the method of open building theory under the sustainable mode of urban residential renewal,this paper analyzes the solution and path of existing residential renovation,the SI regeneration design of existing residential buildings and practical cases,putting forward some suggestions on the sustainable mode and development direction of urban residential regeneration in China.
