摘  要:丽水为夏热冬冷的典型地区,丽水经济技术开发区产业创新综合体项目是根据丽水的气侯特征打造的装配式低能耗建筑。本项目主楼采用装配整体式剪力墙结构体系,裙楼采用装配式框架结构体系,并将“大跨度预应力双T板”成功应用于主、裙楼之间的连廊。本项目结构体系所具有的大开间、可自由分隔的特点,使得同一建筑可满足不同的功能需求。根据功能的不同,通过节能门窗系统、新风空调系统等的合理配置实现节能优化,最大程度地降低建筑供暖供冷需求。整体气密性、建筑外围护结构传热系数、热环境综合指标的测试分析均表明该项目节能效果优异。实践表明装配式低能耗建筑结合了装配式建筑和低能耗建筑二者的优势,能够很好满足夏热冬冷地区苛刻的气候条件,有效提高建筑全生命周期的能效水平,提升建筑品质。Lishui City is a typical hot summer and cold winter area.The industrial innovation complex project in Lishui's economic and technological development zone is a prefabricated low-energy public building according to the characteristics of climate in Lishui.The main building of the project adopts the prefabricated integrated shear wall system,and the skirt building adopts the prefabricated frame system.Moreover,the long-span prestressed double T plate is successfully applied in corridor between main building and skirt building.The structure system of the project has the characteristics of large space and free separation,which makes the building capable of meeting different functional needs.To minimize building heating and cooling requirements,energy efficiency optimization is conducted through the rational configuration of energy-saving doors and windows system,fresh air conditioning system,etc.,according to the different functions of the space.It is proven that the project has excellent energy-saving effects based on the testing results of the Integral air tightness,the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall,and the comprehensive index of the thermal environment.Since prefabricated low-energy buildings combine the advantages of prefabricated buildings and low-energy buildings,it can well meet the climate conditions in hot summer and cold winter areas,effectively improve the energy efficiency level of the building throughout the entire life cycle,and improve the building quality.
