口服特比萘芬联合伊曲康唑治疗儿童脓癣1例

摘　　要：患儿,男,10岁,头皮红色斑块、脓疱、脱发伴疼痛1周余。断发真菌镜检(+),真菌培养提示须癣毛癣菌,诊断:脓癣。经盐酸特比萘芬片联合伊曲康唑胶囊抗真菌、甲泼尼龙片抗炎治疗,皮损痊愈无瘢痕,毛发生长正常。A 10-year-old male patient presented with erythema,pustules and alopecia on the scalp with pain foRmore than 1 week.The fungal microscopic examination was positive,and Trichophyton mentagrophytes was suggested by fungal culture,The diagnosis of kerion was made.AfteRbeing given terbinafine tablets combined with itraconazole capsules foRantifungal and methylprednisolone anti-inflammatory treatment,the skin lesions were healed without scars,and the haiRgrowth was normal.
