摘 要:目的优选养心颗粒的制备工艺。方法将养心浸膏粉与辅料按1∶1混合制得养心颗粒,以相对均齐度指数、松密度、振实密度等10项物理属性指标,优选最佳辅料;以成型率、休止角、水分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选最佳制粒工艺;测定养心颗粒的临界相对湿度。结果最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉与预胶化淀粉以6∶4的比例混合,90%乙醇为润湿剂,制得颗粒的平均收率为98.57%,临界相对湿度为74%。结论文中优选出的养心颗粒制备工艺稳定可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation process of Yangxin granules.METHODS Yangxin granules were prepared by mixing the powder of Yangxin extraction pastes and excipients at 1∶1,and the best excipients were selected by 10 physical property indexes,such as relative homogeneity index,bulk density and vibrating density.The orthogonal setting test was conducted to select the best granulation process by using molding rate,resting angle and moisture as evaluation indexes,and the critical relative humidity of Yangxin granules was determined.RESULTS The optimal forming process was to mix the powder of extraction pastes with pregelatinized starch in the ratio of 6∶4 and 90%ethanol solution as wetting agent,and the average yield of the granules obtained was 98.57%and the critical relative humidity was 74%.CONCLUSION The preparation process for Yangxin granules which was preferably selected is stable and feasible.
