摘  要:目的采用GC-MS/MS法测定不同产地泽泻中34种农药残留,分析泽泻中农药残留的现状。方法采用改进的分散固相萃取法处理样品,GC-MS/MS法动态多反应监测模式采集数据,基质-内标法定量。结果34种农药的线性范围均为4.95~1.0×10^(3)μg·L^(-1),加样回收率为67%~116%;34批泽泻中共检出六氯苯、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱、乙硫磷等4种农药,川泽泻存在毒死蜱残留量过高的风险。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,适用于泽泻中农药多残留的检测。建议增加《中国药典》中泽泻项下毒死蜱的残留限量要求,以保证药品质量安全。OBJECTIVE To simultaneous determine 34 kinds of pesticide residues in Alismatis Rhizoma by GC-MS/MS,and to analyze the pesticide residues in A.Rhizoma from different regions.METHODS The samples were extracted and purified by the improved QuEChERS method.The quantitative analysis was carried out by GC-MS/MS with dMRM mode.Matrix matching-internal standard method was used to reduce the effects of matrix induced on samples.RESULTS The linear range of mass concentrations of the 34 pesticides were 4.95-1.0×10^(3)μg·L^(-1)(r>0.996).The average recoveries ranged from 67%to 116%,with the RSD less than 15%.A total of four kinds of pesticides were detected,which were hexachlorobenzene,parathion-methyl,chlorpyrifos and ethion.There was a security risk for A.Rhizoma from Sichuan because of the excessive residue of chlorpyrifos.CONCLUSION The established method is simple and accurate,and could be used for the analysis of pesticide residues in A.Rhizoma.According to the risk assessment result of pesticide residue,the limit standard of chlorpyrifos for A.Rhizoma in the Chinese pharmacopoeia should be increased to ensure the safety and efficiency of medicines.
