摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法同时测定大花肋柱花中马钱苷酸、獐牙菜苦苷、当药苷、芦丁、当药黄素、木犀草素、槲皮素等的含量。方法采用Waters SunFire ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长254 nm,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,进样量10μL。结果马钱苷酸、獐牙菜苦苷、当药苷、芦丁、当药黄素、木犀草素、槲皮素等均得到良好分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.9992);加样回收率为92.71%~98.32%,RSD<3.83%。结论所用方法快捷简便、稳定可靠,可用于藏药大花肋柱花及其制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To simultaneous determine loganin,swertiamarin,sweroside,rutin,swertisin,luteolin,quercetin in Lomatogonium macranthum by HPLC.METHODS Waters SunFire ODS C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,with the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution,and the injection volumn was 10μL.RESULTS Loganin,swertiamarin,sweroside,,rutin,swertisin,luteolin,quercetin were well separated and showed good linear relationships(r≥0.9992).The recoveries were 92.71%-98.32%with the RSD<3.83%.CONCLUSION The method is a fast,simple,stable and reliable.It can be applied for the quality control of L.macranthum and its preparations.
