摘  要:为实现热电池的自动化装配,提高装配效率,以热电池中的“6号电池”作为装配对象,设计云母片包裹系统。该系统主要由引线弯折机构、云母片装配机构和电堆输送机三部分构成。引线弯折机构通过两次弯折实现对电堆两条引线的90°弯折;云母片装配机构采用摩擦轮的方式进行云母片单片送料,通过气缸带动包裹手完成云母片包裹动作,用Adams软件进行动力学分析验证其结构的可靠性;电堆输送机构实现电堆输送功能并提供装配工位,通过SolidWorks Simulation软件对主要受载构件进行静力分析。计算和仿真结果表明:吸附包裹机构装配过程中加速度峰值小于电堆装配允许值;电堆底座结构中应力峰值为1.51×10^(5)Pa,远小于材料屈服极限;底座位移为1.31654×10^(-8)m,位移较小,不会影响装配精度;各部分机构均满足装配需求,包裹系统具有可行性。To realize the automatic assembly of thermal battery and improve the assembly efficiency,the system takes the“No.6 battery”in the thermal battery as the assembly object,a mica film wrapping system for thermal battery is designed.It is mainly composed of lead wire bending mechanism,mica sheet assembly mechanism and stack conveyor.With the lead w ire bending mechanism,90°bending of two leads of the stack through two bends is realized.In the mica sheet assembly mechanism,the mica sheet feeding mechanism adopts the friction wheel to feed the mica sheet in a single piece.The adsorption wrapping mechanism drives the wrapping hand to complete the mica sheet wrapping action through the air cylinder.The dynamics analysis is conducted with Adams softw are to verify the reliability of its structure.The stack conveying mechanism realizes the stack conveying function and pro-vides an assembly station.The static analysis of its main load-bearing components is conduc-ted through SolidWorks Simulation softw are.The results of calculation and simulation show that the peak acceleration of the adsorption package mechanism during assembly is less than the allowable value of the stack assembly;the peak stress in the pile base structure is 1.51×10^(5)Pa,which is far less than the material yield limit;the displacement of the base is 1.31654×10^(-8)m,which is small and does not affect the assembly accuracy.Therefore,all parts of the mechanism meet therequirements of the assembly,and the assembly system is feasible.
