摘  要:循环冷却水的电化学除垢技术是一种主动式水处理技术。详细阐述了电化学除垢技术在除垢和杀菌灭藻方面的机制,介绍了该技术核心部件(阳极、阴极和电源)的功能和选择依据,对电化学装置的典型形式(手动式和自动式)以及电化学系统安装形式(直接抛入式和池外运行式)进行了介绍,并分析了影响技术效果的相关因素(电参数、供电方式、水力停留时间、反应器内部流场、水质参数)。最后,综述了文献报道中的技术应用或中试案例,并指出未来应重点针对提高技术效果、降低应用成本以及与其他技术联用等核心问题开展研究。Electrochemical descaling of circulating cooling water is an active water treatment technology.The mechanism of electrochemical descaling technology in descaling,sterilization and algae killing were elaborated,and the functions and selection basis of the core components of the technology(anode,cathode and power supply)were introduced.It also introduced the typical forms of electrochemical devices(manual and automatic)and the installa⁃tion forms of electrochemical systems(direct throw-in and out-of-cell operation),and analyzed the relevant factors(electrical parameters,power supply,hydraulic residence time,reactor internal flow field,water quality parameters)that affected the effectiveness of the technology.Finally,the practical or pilot test cases reported in the literature were reviewed,and it was pointed out that future research should focus on the core problems of improving the tech⁃nology effect,reducing the application cost and combining with other technologies.
