摘 要:通过将臭氧与微气泡有机结合,对比分析了臭氧化微气泡强化气浮工艺与传统微孔曝气臭氧气浮工艺在气泡特性、臭氧利用率、常规指标去除、藻细胞再生长抑制等方面的差异,考察了臭氧化微气泡对各类藻源有机物污染指标的去除规律,并对臭氧化微气泡与絮体的黏附机理进行了研究分析。研究表明,臭氧化微气泡的直径在43~55μm间分布,微孔曝气臭氧气泡的直径在550~700μm之间,微气泡提高了比表面积并降低了上升速度,相比传统工艺,臭氧的吸收率和利用率分别提高了41.9%和46.2%。此外,两种工艺对藻细胞、浊度、UV_(254)的去除率随臭氧投加量的增加而提高,相比传统工艺,臭氧微气泡强化气浮最高去除率分别提高了54.2%、67%、26.8%,经过处理后的出水中藻细胞已无明显的再生长趋势。臭氧投加量的增加降低了气泡直径并增大了气泡密度,微气泡提高了絮凝效率,臭氧破坏了藻细胞的结构。Through the organic combination of ozone and microbubbles,the differences in bubble characteristics,ozone utilization,removal of conventional indicators and inhibition of algal cell regrowth between the ozonized micro⁃bubbles enhanced air flotation process and the traditional microporous aeration ozone air flotation process were com⁃pared and analyzed.The removal rules of various algal organic pollution indicators by ozonized microbubbles were investigated,and the adhesion mechanism between ozonized microbubbles and flocs was studied and analyzed.The results showed that under the condition of 43-55μm diameter of ozonized microbubbles,the 550-700μm diameter of ozone bubble in microporous aeration,the specific surface area of microbubbles increased and the rising speed re⁃duced.Compared with the traditional process,the absorption rate and utilization rate of ozone increased by 41.9%and 46.2%respectively.In addition,the removal rates of algal cells,turbidity and UV_(254) by the two processes in⁃creased with the increase of ozone dosage.Compared with the traditional process,the maximum removal rates of ozone microbubble enhanced air flotation are increased by 54.2%,67%and 26.8%respectively.There was no obvi⁃ous regrowth trend of algal cells in the treated effluent.The increase of ozone dosage reduced the bubble diameter and increased the bubble density,microbubbles improved the flocculation efficiency,and ozone destroyed the struc⁃ture of algae cells.
