摘  要:以废弃的厨余垃圾惰性组分木质素为原料,通过高锰酸钾改性制备出高锰酸钾改性木质素粉末(KMnO_(4)-LP)用于亚甲基蓝废水的处理。考察投加量、pH、时间和温度等因素对其处理亚甲基蓝废水效果的影响,并结合动力学模型、吸附等温线模型、吸附热力学以及位点能量分布理论分析其对亚甲基蓝废水的处理机制。结果表明,随着投加量和p H的升高,亚甲基蓝去除率在逐渐增大。吸附在240 min内基本达到平衡,符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,最大吸附量达到48.19 mg/g,属于自发、吸热和熵增的反应。位点能量分布表明在吸附过程中亚甲基蓝先占据KMnO_(4)-LP上高能位点,然后再逐渐扩散到低能位点上,其吸附机制主要是静电作用和孔隙填充作用。Using the discarded kitchen waste inert component lignin as raw material,potassium permanganate modi⁃fied lignin powder(KMnO_(4)-LP)was prepared by potassium permanganate modification for the treatment of methy⁃lene blue wastewater.The effects of dosage,pH,time and temperature on the removal of methylene blue wastewater were investigated,and the removal mechanism of methylene blue wastewater was analyzed based on kinetic model,adsorption isotherm model,adsorption thermodynamics and site energy distribution theory.The results showed that the removal rate of methylene blue wastewater increased with the increase of dosage and pH.The adsorption reached equilibrium within 240 min,which was consistent with the quasi second-order kinetic model and Langmuir model.The maximum adsorption capacity reached 48.19 mg/g,which belonged to the spontaneous,endothermic and entropy increase reaction.The energy distribution of the sites indicated that methylene blue occupies the highenergy sites on KMnO_(4)-LP first,and then gradually diffused to the low-energy sites during the adsorption process.The adsorption mechanism is mainly electrostatic and pore filling.
