摘　　要：咽鼓管异常开放症是耳科较为常见的疾病之一,但因存在耳胀满感、耳鸣等症状,常不能被识别或误诊。持续性的耳部不适症状令大多数患者非常苦恼,但目前针对咽鼓管异常开放症的诊断和治疗尚未达成统一共识。因此,本文从咽鼓管的解剖学、生理功能和咽鼓管异常开放症的诊治进行综述。Patulous eustachian tube is one of the common diseases in otology,but it is often not recognized or misdiagnosed because of symptoms such as fullness of ear and tinnitus.The persistent symptoms of ear discomfort make most patients very upset,but at present,there is no unified consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal patulous eustachian tube.Therefore,this article reviews the anatomy and physiological function of the eustachian tube and the diagnosis and treatment of patulous eustachian tube.
