摘  要:文中在静态闪蒸的研究基础上,设计搭建了循环闪蒸实验台,对纯水在循环闪蒸过程中温度、压力的变化规律进行实验研究,并引入循环闪蒸不平衡分数NEF衡量闪蒸的完善程度.研究发现,循环闪蒸不平衡分数NEF随着初始液膜高度增大而增大,随着初始压力和循环流量的增大而减小.在实验范围内给出不平衡分数NEF的实验关联式,与实验值吻合良好.对比研究纯水、NaCl溶液和乙二醇溶液不同工质循环闪蒸的特性,加入溶质后会削弱纯水循环闪蒸的完善程度,为实际应用中闪蒸系统设计和参数的选择提供了依据.Based on the research of static flash evaporation,an experimental rig for circulatory flash evaporation was designed and set up to carry out study on the variations of temperature and pressure of pure water in circulatory flash evaporation,and non-equilibrium fraction(NEF)of flash evaporation is introduced to measure the perfection of flash.Results suggest that NEF increases with the increasing of the initial liquid film height.Higher initial pressure and higher circulating flow rate yield smaller NEF.The experimental correlation formula of NEF is proposed in the experimental range,and it is in good agreement with experimental results.The characteristics of circulatory flash evaporation of different working fluids for pure water,NaCl solution and ethylene glycol solution are compared and studied.The perfection of circulatory flash evaporation of pure water would be weakened after solute is added.These results provid a support for the design and parameter selection of the flash evaporation system in practical applications.
