摘 要:砂轮干涉直接影响螺杆齿形的成形精度,为直观验证所设计砂轮廓形的合理性,基于接触力评估理论结合ADAMS仿真技术提出了螺杆成形磨削干涉的动态校验方法.根据成形磨削原理,设计磨削螺杆螺旋面的砂轮廓形;以螺杆与砂轮动态啮合过程中两者在Y和Z轴上接触力是否为0作为砂轮干涉的判断准则,通过微调砂轮安装参数(砂轮安装角和砂轮与螺杆的中心距),可确定无干涉的砂轮廓形,通过螺杆成形磨削的仿真实例和磨削实验验证了该方法的正确性,从而避免了采用布尔差运算可能产生的运算失败问题,解决了实际磨削中砂轮安装参数的选取及其优选范围确定的难题.The interference of grinding wheel directly affects the forming accuracy of screw profile.To intuitively verify whether the grinding wheel profile is reasonable,a dynamic verification method of grinding interference for the screw forming is proposed based on the contact force evaluation theory and ADAMS simulation technology.According to the form grinding theory,the grinding wheel profile for grinding the screw profile is designed accurately.For the dynamic meshing process of the grinding wheel and the screw,whether the resultant force of the contact force between the grinding wheel and the screw on the Y and Z axes is 0 is taken as the judgment criterion for grinding wheel interference.The non-interference grinding wheel profile can be determined by repeated verification after fine-tuning grinding wheel installation parameters including grinding wheel installation angle and center distance between grinding wheel and screw.The correctness of this method is verified by the simulation example and grinding experiments of screw forming grinding.This method avoids the possible operation failure caused by Boolean difference operation and solves the problem of selecting installation parameters and determining its optimal range in actual grinding.
