摘　　要：经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)断裂是一种罕见的严重并发症。该文报道了在介入下利用抓捕器成功取出肺动脉内断裂PICC管1例及处理体会。Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)rupture is a rare and serious complication.This paper reports the successful removal of a ruptured PICC tube in pulmonary artery using a catcher.
