摘　　要：为全面了解房颤患者射频消融术后心脏监测与康复干预的研究进展,本文从房颤患者射频消融术后进行心脏监测和康复干预的必要性、现状、复发的危险因素及具体干预策略等方面作一综述,以期为推动房颤患者射频消融术后心脏监测和康复干预的发展提供依据和指导。For a comprehensive understanding of cardiac monitoring and rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation,the necessity,the status,therisk factors of recurrence and specific strategies of electrocardiogram monitoringandcardiac rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation were reviewed in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to provide the reference and guidance for electro cardio grammonitoring and cardiac rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation.
