摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿脐带血血气分析检测用以诊断新生儿窒息的价值。方法收集我院2021年1月至2022年11月出生的新生儿179例,其中临床诊断为新生儿窒息的73例为研究组,健康新生儿106例为对照组。记录两组新生儿Apgar评分和脐血血气分析中pH、氧分压(PO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、乳酸(CLAC)、剩余碱(BE)、氧饱和度(SO_(2))检测数值并进行比较分析。结果研究组Apgar评分、pH、PO_(2)、SO_(2)、BE明显低于对照组,PCO_(2)、CLAC明显高于对照组。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐血血气分析与新生儿窒息有很好的相关性,可及时反映新生儿的血氧状况和酸碱平衡等,具有良好的检测价值。Objective To explore the value of umbilical cord blood gas analysis in the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 179 newborns in our hospital from January,2021 to November,2022 were collected for the study,73 of whom were clinically diagnosed as neonatal asphyxia as the study group,while 106 healthy newborns as the control group.Apgar score of newborns and the detection values of pH,partial pressure of oxygen(PO_(2)),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2)),lactic acid(CLAC),residual base(BE),and oxygen saturation(SO_(2))in cord blood gas analysis were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Apgar score,pH,PO_(2),SO_(2),and BE in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while PCO_(2)and CLAC were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cord blood gas analysis has a good correlation with neonatal asphyxia,which can timely reflect the blood oxygen status and acid-base balance of newborns,and has a good detection value.
