摘 要:目的两种不同纤维支气管镜气管插管技术对气管插管成功率的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的60例行颈椎前路开窗减压手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为常规组与优化组,各30例。常规组行纤维支气管镜经鼻气管插管,优化组行优化纤维支气管镜经鼻气管插管,比较两组插管时间、首次显露声门时间、插管次数、氧饱和度低于90%占比及插管并发症和插管失败发生率。结果优化组插管时间、声门首次显露时间均短于常规组,1次插管成功率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组插管失败率比较差异无统计学意义;优化组插管过程中镜头模糊发生率为13.33%,明显低于常规组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化纤维支气管镜可明显缩短声门显露时间,同时提高经鼻插管成功率。Objective To compare the success rate of tracheal intubation with two different fiber bronchoscope tracheal intubation technologies.Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 undergoing anterior cervical fenestration decompression were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group and the optimized group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group received bronchoscopy transnasal tracheal intubation,while the optimized group received bronchoscopy transnasal tracheal intubation,the intubation time,the first glottis exposure time,the number of intubation,the proportion of oxygen saturation below 90%,the incidence of intubation complications and intubation failure were compared between the two groups.Results The intubation time and glottis first exposure time of the optimized group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the success rate of one intubation was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no statistically significant difference in the intubation failure rate between the two groups.The incidence of lens blur during intubation in the optimized group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized method can significantly shorten the time of phonoscopic exposure and improve the success rate of transnasal intubation.
