疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月至2020年2月本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组43例。对照组采用来曲唑片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用疏肝补肾汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数量、卵巢体积、排卵率及妊娠率。结果实验组治疗总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度厚于治疗前,卵泡数量多于治疗前,卵巢体积大于治疗前,且实验组子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,卵泡数量多于对照组,卵巢体积大于对照组(P<0.05);实验组排卵率(83.33%)、妊娠率(66.67%)高于对照组(60.98%、41.46%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用疏肝补肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育症患者疗效显著,可增加子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数量、卵巢体积,提高排卵率与妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen decoction on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 86 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Shugan Bushen decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,number of follicles,ovarian volume,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the endometrial thickness of two groups were thicker than before treatmen,the number of follicles were higher than before treatment,and the ovarian volume were higher than before treatment,and the endometrial thickness in the experimental group was thicker than that in the control group,the number of follicles was higher than that in the control group,and the ovarian volume was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ovulation rate(83.33%)and pregnancy rate(66.67%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(60.98%and 41.46%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen decoction is effective in treating infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,it can increase endometrial thickness,number of follicles,ovarian volume,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
