丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂联合室内紫外线灯照射除螨治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂联合室内紫外线灯照射除螨治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2020年8月于本院就诊的84例常年性AR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用西替利嗪治疗,观察组采用丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂联合室内紫外线灯照射除螨治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组鼻涕、喷嚏、鼻塞评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组鼻涕、喷嚏、鼻塞评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂联合室内紫外线灯照射除螨治疗AR效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of beclomethasone propionate nasal spray combined with indoor ultraviolet lamp irradiation for acarid removal(AR)in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods 84 patients with perennial AR treated at our hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided intocontrol group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine,and the observation group was treated with beclomethasone propionate nasal spray combined with indoor ultraviolet lamp irradiation to remove mites.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of nasal discharge,sneezing and nasal congestion between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of nasal discharge,sneezing and nasal congestion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Beclomethasone propionate nasal spray combined with indoor ultraviolet lamp irradiation in the treatment of AR has significant effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
