摘 要:目的探讨全自动尿液分析仪对职工体检者尿液中红细胞与白细胞的检测价值。方法选取2020年5月至2020年8月293名本院职工体检者(293份尿液标本)作为研究对象,均采用常规镜检法、传统干化学法、全自动尿液分析仪进行尿常规检验(红细胞、白细胞)。以常规镜检法作为金标准,比较全自动尿液分析仪与传统干化学法检测尿液红细胞、白细胞的价值。结果293份标本中,常规镜检法检出红细胞阳性70份,阴性223份;白细胞阳性100份,阴性193份;传统干化学法红细胞阳性检出率与白细胞阳性检出率分别为23.21%(68/293)、34.13%(100/293),全自动尿液分析仪红细胞阳性检出率与白细胞阳性检出率分别为23.55%(69/293)、34.13%(100/293),传统干化学法与全自动尿液分析仪红细胞、白细胞阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义。全自动尿液分析仪法检测红细胞的灵敏度、准确度均明显高于传统干化学法,检测白细胞的准确度高于传统干化学法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统干化学法相比,全自动尿液分析仪检测尿液红细胞与白细胞的灵敏度、准确度更高,可为临床尿常规检验提供更可靠依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of automatic urine analyzer for detecting red and white blood cells in the urine of employees.Methods A total of 293 urine samples(293 urine samples)from May 2020 to August 2020 were selected as research subjects,and routine urine tests(red blood cells and white blood cells)were performed by conventional microscopy,traditional dry chemical method and automatic urine analyzer,the value of automatic urine analyzer and traditional dry chemical method in the detection of urine red were compared and white blood cells with conventional microscopy as the gold standard.Results Among the 293 samples,70 were positive and 223 were negative;leukocyte positive 100,negative 193;the positive detection rates of red blood cells and white blood cells by traditional dry chemical method were 23.21%(68/293)and 34.13%(100/293);the positive detection rates of red blood cells and white blood cells by automatic urine analyzer were 23.55%(69/293)and 34.13%(100/293),respectively;there was no significant difference in the positive rate of red blood cell and white blood cell between traditional dry chemical method and automatic urine analyzer.The sensitivity and accuracy of automatic urine analyzer were significantly higher than those of traditional dry chemical method in the detection of red blood cells,and the accuracy of detection of white blood cells was higher than that of traditional dry chemical method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional dry chemical method,automatic urine analyzer has higher sensitivity and accuracy in detecting urine red and white blood cells,which can provide more reliable basis for clinical urine routine test and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
