摘 要:为精确预测镐形截齿峰值截割力,在考虑合金头、镐体结构和安装参数影响的基础上,采用改进的投影轮廓法,提出用于估算镐型截齿峰值截割力的理论模型。基于不同切削条件下的实验结果,通过引入其他4个现有的理论模型作为对比,评估本文模型的峰值截割力预测性能。对比发现,该模型理论结果与试验值的相关系数最高,均方根误差最低,可以更准确地预测镐形截齿峰值截割力。In order to accurately predict the peak cutting force of conical picks,this paper proposes a theoretical model for estimating the peak cutting force of conical picks by using an improved projection profile method on the basis of considering the influence of alloy head,pick body structure and installation parameters.Based on the experimental results under different cutting conditions,four other existing theoretical models were introduced for comparison to evaluate the peak cutting force prediction performance of the model in this paper.By comparison,it is found that the correlation coefficient between the theoretical results of the model in this paper and the experimental values is the highest,and the root mean square error is the lowest,which can more accurately predict the peak cutting force of the pick.
