摘  要:针对大螺旋钻进技术施工冲击地压卸压钻孔存在的钻孔孔径偏小、钻孔孔深较浅、孔内事故率高等问题,通过对卸压钻孔施工过程中孔壁围岩应力的分析,确定了安全、快速施工煤层卸压钻孔的关键在于:①快速钻进与提钻,避免卡/埋钻;②将连续快速产生地大量煤体碎块高效排出钻孔。提出了基于水力和宽翼片螺旋机械结合的排渣方法及其配装装备,应用实践表明,该套技术适用于冲击地压煤层大直径卸压钻孔的快速、安全施工,其施工效率和成孔率均较高,具有较高的应用推广价值。In view of the problems of small bore diameter,shallow hole depth and high accident rate in the hole during the construction of rock burst pressure relief drilling by large auger drilling technology,two key points for safe and rapid construction of coal seam pressure relief drilling are determined through the analysis of the stress of the hole wall surrounding rock during the construction of pressure relief drilling:one is rapid drilling and lifting to avoid stuck/buried drilling,and the other is to efficiently discharge a large number of coal fragments generated continuously and rapidly.The slag discharge method and its installation equipment based on the combination of hydraulic power and wide blade screw machinery are put forward.The application practice shows that the technology is suitable for the rapid and safe construction of large diameter pressure relief drilling in rock burst coal seam,and its construction efficiency and porosity are high,and it has high application and popularization value.
