摘　　要：煤矿巷道穿越断层破碎带时,常发生顶板剧烈来压、强烈底鼓、帮部收敛等变形破坏,严重影响安全掘进及巷道正常使用。断层破碎带内的巷道围岩稳定性受构造应力、断层水、围岩强度与完整性等多种因素的影响。以淮南矿区顾桂井田-695 m南翼轨道大巷穿越F104-1断层破碎带为工程背景,在围岩力学特征测试、物化分析的基础上,结合类似地质条件下的相关工程经验,提出以超前长孔注浆预加固、U型钢支架、锚杆、全长锚固注浆锚索为核心的成套技术体系,研究了高应力、围岩破碎软弱等不良地质条件下巷道围岩加固支护方法。When roadway passes through fault fracture zone in coal mines,large deformation and failure such as severe roof pressure,strong floor heave and wall convergence often occur,which seriously affect the safety of tunnel and normal use of roadway.The stability of roadway surrounding rock in fault zone is affected by many factors,such as tectonic stress,fault water,strength and integrity of surrounding rock.Based on the engineering background of crossing the F104-1 fault fracture zone through the 695 m south wing track roadway in the Gugui mine field of Huainan Mining Area,and on the basis of testing the mechanical characteristics and physicochemical analysis of surrounding rock,combined with relevant engineering experience under similar geological conditions,a complete technical system with advanced long hole grouting pre reinforcement,U-shaped steel support,anchor rod,and full length anchoring grouting anchor cable as the core is proposed.High stress reinforcement and support methods for roadway surrounding rock under unfavorable geological conditions such as broken and weak surrounding rock.
