摘 要:根据小康煤矿地应力测定结果,对软岩巷道压力进行了力学分析,并对工程软岩劈裂灌浆加固的可行性进行计算分析。针对现有劈裂灌浆技术注浆范围小、注浆深度浅,加固围岩范围有限的问题,创新应用中空注浆锚索替代原钢管注头向帮、顶板实施劈裂注浆,实现了锚索的全长锚固和灌浆范围的加深加大。针对局部巷道底鼓的问题,创新应用底角钢管混凝土技术,对底板进行加固,形成钢管混凝土抗剪结构,控制底鼓。According to the results of in-situ stress measurement in Xiaokang Mine,the mechanical analysis of roadway pressure in soft rock is carried out.The feasibility of grouting reinforcement for soft rock is analyzed.In view of the problems of small grouting range,shallow grouting depth and limited range of surrounding rock reinforcement in the existing split grouting technology,hollow grouting anchor cable is innovatively applied to replace the original steel pipe injector roof and roof for split grouting.The full length anchoring of the anchor cable and the deepening and enlarging of the grouting range are realized.Aiming at the problem of floor heave in local roadway,the concrete filled steel tube technology at the bottom angle is innovatively applied to strengthen the bottom plate to form the concrete filled steel tube shear structure and control the floor heave.
