摘　　要：目的探究罗哌卡因颈丛神经联合臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在锁骨骨折手术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法选取2019年5月至2022年10月于本院接受手术治疗的64例锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,各32例。对照组实施臂丛阻滞麻醉,联合组实施罗哌卡因颈丛联合臂丛阻滞麻醉,比较两组临床麻醉效果、麻醉作用时间、不良反应发生情况。结果联合组麻醉优良率为93.75%,高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞起效、镇痛维持时间与运动恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的18.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因颈丛联合臂丛阻滞应用于锁骨骨折手术患者中效果理想,麻醉作用起效快,不良反应发生率较低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the anesthetic effect and safety of ropivacaine cervical plexus combined with brachial plexus block in clavicle fracture surgery.Methods 64 patients with clavicle fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and combined group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received brachial plexus block anesthesia,and the combined group received ropivacaine cervical plexus combined with brachial plexus block anesthesia,the clinical anesthesia effect,anesthesia effect time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the combined group was 93.75%,which was higher than 68.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of sensory block,onset time of motor block,main-tenance time of analgesia and recovery time of exercise in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 3.13%,which was lower than 18.76%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine cervical plexus combined with brachial plexus block has an ideal effect in patients undergoing clavicle fracture surgery,the effect of anesthesia is fast,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
