超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合直肠肛门修复术治疗痔病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合直肠肛门修复术治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2020年11月于沈阳市肛肠医院诊治的94例痔病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组47例。对照组行常规痔切除术治疗,超声组行超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术结合直肠肛门修复术治疗。比较两组术后疼痛情况、住院时间、并发症发生率及临床疗效。结果超声组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声组并发症发生率为2.13%,低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合直肠肛门修复术治疗痔病疗效确切,有利于减轻患者术后痛苦,降低术后并发症发生率,促进病情快速康复,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound Doppler guided-hemorrhoid artery ligation combined with rectoanal repair in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 94 patients with hemorrhoids diagnosed and treated in Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the two groups according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hemorrhoidectomy,and the ultrasound group was treated with ultrasound Dop-pler guided-hemorrhoid artery ligation combined with rectoanal repair.The postoperative pain,hospitalization time,incidence of complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the ultrasound group was lower than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.13%in the ultrasound group,which was lower than 19.15%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the ultrasound group was 95.74%,which was higher than 76.60%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound Doppler guided-hemorrhoid artery ligation combined with rectoanal re-pair has definite effect in the treatment of hemorrhoids,which is conducive to reducing the postoperative pain of patients,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications of patients,promoting rapid recovery of the condition,with high clinical application value.
