面部除皱中单用A型肉毒毒素与联合颞部除皱术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对比面部除皱中单用A型肉毒毒素与联合颞部除皱术的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年3月沈阳名流美容医院收治的98例面部除皱患者作为研究对象,按随机序列法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组行A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,观察组行A型肉毒毒素联合颞部除皱术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、术后满意度、治疗前后面部衰老评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.67%,术后满意度为93.88%,高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组面部衰老评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论A型肉毒毒素联合颞部除皱术在面部除皱术中效果显著,可改善患者面部衰老,满意度高,并发症少,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of botulinum toxin A alone and combined temporal rhytidectomy in facial rhytidectomy.Methods 98 patients with facial rhytidectomy treated in Shenyang celebrity beauty hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 wereselected as the study subjects.and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random sequence method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group were injected with botulinum toxin A,the observation group were treated with botulinum toxin A combined with temporal rhytidectomy,the clinical efficacy,postoperative satisfaction,facial aging score before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.67%in the control group,and the postoperative satisfaction was 93.88%,which was higher than 73.47%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial aging scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion Botulinum toxin A combined with temporal wrinkle removal has significant effect in facial wrinkle removal,which can improve the facial aging of patients with high satisfaction,fewer complications and high clinical application value.
