超声引导下后支射频术联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗腰椎小关节综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下后支射频术联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗腰椎小关节综合征的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月本院骨科收治的75例腰椎小关节综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法分为观察组(n=38)与对照组(n=37)。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合超声引导下后支射频术治疗,比较两组不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后3 d及治疗后6个月,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(64.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见背部感觉功能损伤、神经根损伤等不良反应,差异无统计学意义。结论超声引导下后支射频消融联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗腰椎小关节综合征能提高患者治疗效果,降低患者VAS评分,安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided posterior branch radiofrequency surgery combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules in the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome.Methods 75 patients with lumbar facet joint syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=37)according random touch ball method.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided posterior branch radiofrequency surgery on the basis of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)at different time points,clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group 3 d and 6 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.74%)was higher than that in the control group(64.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No back sensory function injury,nerve root injury and other adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided posterior branch radiofrequency ablation combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules for the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome can improve the treatment effect of patients and reduce the patient's VAS score,which is safe and reliable.
