温针深刺颈夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨温针深刺颈夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2021年4月本院收治的114例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为针刺组与电疗组,每组57例。电疗组采用电脑中频治疗仪与超短波电疗机治疗,针刺组给予温针深刺颈夹脊穴治疗。比较两组治疗前后病症评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组椎间孔挤压实验、腱反射、肌力、感觉、手指麻木/疼痛、颈肩疼痛、上肢麻木/疼痛、手功能、工作能力与生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且针刺组高于电疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且针刺组低于电疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺组治疗总有效率高于电疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针深刺颈夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病患者疗效显著,可快速改善患者症状,减轻患者疼痛,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of deep needling of Jiaji point with warm needle on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 114 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research subject,and they were randomly divided into acupuncture group and electrotherapy group,with 57 cases in each group.The electrotherapy group was treated with computer intermediate frequency therapeutic instrument and ultrashort wave electrotherapy machine,while the acupuncture group was treated with warm needle deep needling at Jiaji point of neck.The symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of foraminal compression test,tendon reflexes,muscle strength,sensation,finger numbness/pain,neck and shoulder pain,upper limb numbness/pain,hand function,work ability and life ability of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the acupuncture group was higher than the electrotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the acupuncture group was lower than that in electrotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of acupuncture group was higher than that of electrotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deep needling of Jiaji point with warm needle has obvious curative effect on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can quickly improve patients'symptoms and relieve patients'pain,and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
