摘　　要：目的探讨高通量血液透析(HFHD)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压(RH)的疗效及对机体甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月本院收治的80例尿毒症RH患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用HFHD治疗,研究组采用HFHD+HP治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压水平收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、MAP、PTH及hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HFHD+HP治疗尿毒症RH可有效控制患者血压水平,并有助于降低机体PTH、hs-CRP水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)combined with hemoperfusion(HP)in the treatment of uremic refractory hypertension(RH)and its influence on the levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods 80 patients with uremic RH in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HFHD,and the study group was treated with HFHD combined with HP.The blood pressure levels(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP],mean arterial pressure[MAP]),PTH and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,MAP,PTH and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HFHD combined with HP in the treatment of uremic RH can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients,and help to reduce the level of PTH and hs-CRP in the body,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
