摘　　要：目的探讨75%酒精纱块联合硫酸镁外敷在产后重度会阴水肿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月于本院产科自然分娩的84例重度会阴水肿产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予25%硫酸镁外敷,观察组给予75%酒精纱块联合25%硫酸镁外敷,比较两组产后会阴水肿消退时间、阴道感染率、临床疗效、会阴疼痛程度、伤口愈合情况。结果观察组会阴水肿消退时间为(21.34±4.20)h,短于对照组的(37.85±5.23)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道感染率为4.76%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组会阴疼痛程度改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组伤口愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论75%酒精纱块联合硫酸镁外敷在产后重度会阴水肿中的应用效果显著,可促进水肿消退,减轻患者疼痛,加速伤口愈合,是一种理想的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the effect of 75%alcohol gauze combined with magnesium sulfate on severe postpartum perineal edema.Methods A total of 84 parturients with severe perineal edema who delivered naturally in the department of Obstetrics of our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given 25%magnesium sulfate external application,and the observation group was given 75%alcohol gauze combined with 25%magnesium sulfate external application.the regression time of postpartum perineal edema,vaginal infection rate,clinical efficacy,perineal pain degree and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of perineal edema in the observation group was(21.34±4.20)h,which was shorter than(37.85±5.23)h in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the vaginal infection rate in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 19.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of perineal pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the wound healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 75%alcohol gauze combined with magnesium sulfate has significant effect on severe postpartum perineal edema,which can promote the regression of edema,reduce pain and accelerate wound healing,it is an ideal treatment plan.
