润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗皮肤病的疗效及对患者血清总免疫球蛋白E与D-二聚体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗皮肤病的疗效及对患者血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的80例皮肤病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=38)与联合组(n=42)。对照组采用奥洛他定治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状积分、血清皮质醇(Cor)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、D-D、IgE水平及临床疗效,并比较不同疗效患者治疗前后血清总IgE、D-D水平。结果联合组治疗总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(76.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮疹形态评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮疹形态评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Cor、IL-4、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组Cor、IL-4、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且联合组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组D-D、IgE水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组D-D、IgE水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗显效及有效患者治疗前后血清总IgE、D-D水平均低于无效患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合奥洛他定治疗皮肤病效果显著,能明显改善患者临床症状,降低炎症反应及血清总IgE、D-D水平,且患者血清总IgE、D-D水平与疗效密切相关,应引起临床充分重视。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with olopatadine in the treatment of skin diseases and its influence on serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE)and Ddimer(DD)levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with skin diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(n=38)and combined group(n=42)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with olopatadine,and the combined group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on the basis of the control group,the symptom scores,serum cortisol(Cor),interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),DD,IgE levels before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups,and the serum total IgE and DD levels of patients with different efficacy before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group(92.86%)was higher than that of control group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of pruritus,skin lesion area and skin rash morphology scores between the two groups;after treatment,the degree of pruritus,skin lesion area and skin rash morphology scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Cor,IL-4 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of Cor,IL-4 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of DD and IgE between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of DD and IgE of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group,and the differences were stat
