摘　　要：目的探讨血脂检测在妊娠期糖尿病患者临床诊断中的诊断价值。方法选取2018年5月至2020年12月本院收治的60例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取60名本院同期血脂健康体检者作为对照组。两组均进行血脂检测,比较两组血糖[载脂蛋白AI(APOAI)和载脂蛋白B(APOB)]水平、血脂[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)]水平;比较不同年龄段患者LDL-C、HDL-C、TG及TC水平。结果观察组APOAI含量低于对照组,APOB含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组LDL-C、TG及TC水平均明显高于对照组,HDL-C水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。>35岁年龄段患者LDL-C、TG及TC水平均明显高于20~25岁、>25~30岁、>30~35岁年龄段,HDL-C水平则明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病不但会影响孕妇身体健康,还会影响胎儿的正常生长发育,患者血糖指标和血脂指标密切相关,血糖变化会造成患者血脂出现变化,血脂检验对于妊娠期糖尿病患者的诊断和预后具有重要价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of blood lipid detection in the clinical diagnosis of gestational diabetes patients.Methods 60 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and another 60 patients with healthy physical examination of blood lipids were selected as the control group.The lipid levels of blood glucose(apolipoprotein AI[APOAI]and apolipoprotein B[APOB]),blood lipid(lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C],highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C],triacylglycerol[TG]and total cholesterol[TC])levels between two groups were compared;and the LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and TC levels in patients of different age groups were compared.Results The APOAI content was lower than the control group,and the APOB content was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and TC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C,TG and TC in patients aged>35 years were significantly higher than those in patients aged 2025 years,>2530 years and>3035 years,while the level of HDL-C was significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes will not only affect the health of pregnant women,but also affect the normal growth and development of the fetus.The blood glucose index of patients is closely related to the blood lipid index,and the change of blood glucose will cause changes in blood lipid,and blood lipid test is of important value for the diagnosis and prognosis of gestational diabetes patients.
