聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效及对患者复发率的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的82例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组予以微波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症水平、创面愈合时间、阴道排液时间和复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)水平分别为(6.05±1.14)ng/L、(103.52±8.74)U/L,均低于对照组的(8.52±1.25)ng/L、(114.73±9.04)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组创面愈合时间、阴道排液时间分别为(3.56±0.47)、(16.84±1.16)周,均短于对照组的(8.31±0.54)、(26.37±2.11)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为4.88%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚甲酚磺醛栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎效果确切,可促进宫颈部位炎症消退,减轻临床症状,降低疾病复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of policresulen suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis and its effect on recurrence rate.Methods 82 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave therapy,and the observation group was treated with policresulen suppository on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,inflammation level,wound healing time,vaginal discharge time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and ceruloplasmin(CER)in the observation group were(6.05±1.14)ng/L and(103.52±8.74)U/L,respectively,which lower than(8.52±1.25)ng/L and(114.73±9.04)U/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the wound healing time and vaginal drainage time in the observation group were(3.56±0.47)and(16.84±1.16)weeks,which were shorter than(8.31±0.54)and(26.37±2.11)weeks in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 21.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of policresulen suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is definite,which can promote the regression of cervical inflammation,reduce clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
