百合固金汤联合秦艽鳖甲散加减治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究百合固金汤联合秦艽鳖甲散加减治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年9月本院收治的120例阴虚火旺型肺结核患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规2HRZE/4HR抗痨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予百合固金汤联合秦艽鳖甲散甲减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百合固金汤联合秦艽鳖甲散甲减治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核效果确切,可明显改善患者免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Qinjiao Biejia powder in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type and its influence on the immune function of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine 2HRZE/4HR anti-tuberculosis therapy,while the observation group was treated with Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Qinjiao Biejia powder on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,immune function(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Qinjiao Biejia powder can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis of Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,improve the patients'immune function,and reduce th
