摘　　要：目的分析ⅠA期周围型肺腺癌薄层CT征象与病理性浸润的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2020年2月本院收治的312例ⅠA期周围型肺腺癌患者(320个肺结节)的临床资料,按照有无病理性浸润分为无病理性浸润组(n=112,114个结节)与病理性浸润组(n=200,206个结节)。分析ⅠA期周围型肺腺癌薄层CT征象与病理性浸润的相关性。结果两组结节形态、肺结节位置、分叶征及空泡征比较差异无统计学意义;两组CT值、病理分类、毛刺征、支气管充气征比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ⅠA期周围型肺腺癌薄层CT征象与病理性浸润具有一定相关性,可指导临床诊治。Objective To analyze the correlation between thin slice CT findings and pathological infiltration in stageⅠA peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 312 patients with stageⅠA peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma(320 pulmonary nodules)admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into no pathological infiltration group(n=112,114 nodules)and pathological infiltration group(n=200,206 nodules)according to whether there was pathological infiltration.The correlation between thin slice CT findings and pathological infiltration in stageⅠA peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in nodular morphology,pulmonary nodule location,lobulation sign and vacuole sign between the two groups.There were significant differences in CT value,pathological classification,spiculation sign and air bronchogram between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The thin slice CT findings of stageⅠA peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma are correlated with pathological infiltration,which can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
