摘　　要：目的探讨改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年9月九江市妇幼保健院儿外科收治的86例隐匿性阴茎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。观察组采用改良Devine术治疗,对照组采用传统Devine术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、手术效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间与伤口愈合时间均明显短于对照组,阴茎外观评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组阴茎长度比较差异无统计学意义;术后,观察组阴茎长度、阴茎延长长度均明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良Devine术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎疗效显著,患儿术后阴茎自然显露,阴茎延长长度更理想,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Devine operation in the treatment of childrens'concealed penis.Methods 86 children with concealed penis who were admitted to the department of Pediatric Surgery of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Devine operation,while the control group was treated with traditional Devine operation,the operation related indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were compared betweeb the two groups.Results The operation time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the penis appearance score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in penis length between the two groups;after operation,the penis length and lengthening length of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Devine operation is effective in the treatment of concealed penis in children,the penis of children is naturally exposed after operation,the penis length is more ideal,and the incidence of complications is low,it is worthy of clinical application.
