摘  要:目的探究抗缪勒管激素(AMH)联合B超检测在预测卵巢储备功能中的临床应用。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的60例卵巢功能下降患者作为研究对象。根据患者卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平不同分为卵巢早衰组和过渡期卵巢功能衰退组,每组30例,另选取同期于本院进行健康检查且处于经期的30名正常女性作为对照组。采用AMH联合B超检测3组卵巢储备功能,比较3组雌二醇(E_(2))水平、AMH水平、FSH水平、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、卵巢基质血流峰值速度(PSV)、孕酮水平(P)、FSH/黄体生成素(LH)比值和P/E_(2)比值。结果卵巢早衰组、过渡期卵巢功能衰退组E_(2)、AMH、P水平及P/E_(2)均低于对照组,AFC少于对照组,PSV慢于对照组,FSH水平及FSH/LH均高于对照组,且卵巢早衰组E_(2)、AMH、P水平及P/E_(2)均低于过渡期卵巢功能衰组,AFC少于过渡期卵巢功能衰退组,PSV慢于过渡期卵巢功能衰退组,FSH水平及FSH/LH均高于过渡期卵巢功能衰退组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AMH联合B超检测可有效预测女性卵巢储备功能,同时,也有助于改善卵巢功能下降患者的各项指标,使患者尽早恢复健康,临床价值较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)combined with B-ultrasound detection in predicting ovarian reserve function.Methods 60 patients with decreased ovarian function admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the patients were divided into premature ovarian failure group and transitional ovarian function decline group according to the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),with 30 cases in each group.In addition,30 normal women who underwent health examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The ovarian reserve function of the three groups was detected by anti-Mulleric hormone combined with B-ultrasound,the estradiol(E_(2)),AMH,FSH levels,antral follicle counts(AFC),peak systolic velocity(PSV),progesterone level(P),FSH/luteinizing hormone(LH)ratio and P/E_(2) ratio were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of E_(2),AMH,P and P/E_(2) in premature ovarian failure group and transitional ovarian function decline group were lower than those in the control group,AFC was lower than that in the control group,PSV was lower than that in the control group,FSH and FSH/LH were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of E_(2),AMH,P and P/E_(2) in the premature ovarian failure group were lower than those in the transitional ovarian failure group,the AFC was lower than that in the transitional ovarian failure group,the PSV was slower than that in the transitional ovarian failure group,and the FSH level and FSH/LH were higher than those in the transitional ovarian failure group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Anti-Mülle-rian hormone combined with B-ultrasound detection can effectively predict the ovarian reserve function of women,and also help to improve the indicators of patients with ovarian function decline,so that patients recover as soon as possible,the clinical value is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
