子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者的疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年8月沈阳二〇四医院收治的86例子宫收缩乏力性出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组行子宫缝合术治疗,观察组行子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、产后相关指标[术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量、子宫内膜厚度及促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、血红蛋白(Hb)水平]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量均少于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组,E_(2)、Hb水平均高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血效果显著,可显著改善患者术后出血情况,调节FSH、E_(2)、Hb水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of uterine suture combined with carboprost tromethamine injection in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine atony bleeding admitted to Shenyang 204 Hospital from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine suture,and the observation group was treated with uterine suture combined with carboprost tromethamine injection,the clinical efficacy,and postpartum related indicators(postoperative 2 h bleeding volume,postoperative 24 h bleeding volume,endometrial thickness and follicle stimulating hormone[FSH],estradiol[E_(2)],hemoglobin[Hb]levels)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative 2 h bleeding volume,postoperative 24 h bleeding volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the FSH level was lower than that in the control group,the levels of E_(2) and Hb were higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine suture combined with carboprost tromethamine injection is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,it can significantly improve the postoperative bleeding,regulate FSH,E_(2) and Hb levels,and increase endometrial thickness,it is worthy of clinical application.
