摘 要:肾小球滤过率(GFR)是评估肾功能的重要指标之一。通过测定GFR评估肾功能,不仅可对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者进行早期干预,还可避免漏诊或误诊,改善患者预后并提高患者生命质量。因此,准确测定GFR对于临床确诊肾脏疾病、判断疾病严重程度、确定疗效、调整用药及预后方面均具有重要意义。本文旨在对近年来国内外对肾功能评估方法的研究进展予以综述。Glomerular filtration rate is one of the important indicators for evaluating renal function.The assessment of renal function by measuring glomerular filtration rate can not only provide early intervention for patients with chronic kidney disease,but also avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Therefore,the accurate determination of glomerular filtration rate is of great significance in clinical diagnosis of kidney disease,judgment of disease severity,determination of curative effect,adjustment of medication and prognosis.The aim of this article is to review the recent research progress in the assessment of renal function at home and abroad.
