基于肌骨超声评价电针对手部肌腱修复术后粘连患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究基于肌骨超声评价电针对手部肌腱修复术后粘连患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2020年5月于本院接受治疗的58例手部肌腱损伤修复术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组29例。对照组给予康复宣教、物理因子治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予电针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后主动关节活动度(TAM)、功能独立性评估(FIM)评分及肌腱粘连情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的62.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肌腱粘连情况明显优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TAM、FIM评分均高于治疗前,且观察组TAM高于对照组(P<0.05),两组FIM评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论基于肌骨超声评价电针对手部肌腱修复术后患者重度粘连情况疗效确切,且可明显改善患者活动功能,进而有利于改善患者预后,促进病情好转。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electrotherapy on patients with adhesion after tendon repair of the hand based on musculoskeletal ultrasound.Methods A total of 58 patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 after tendon repair were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation education and physical factor therapy,and the observation group was given electrotherapy therapy on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,total action movement(TAM),functional independence measure(FIM)score before and after treatment and tendon adhesion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 62.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tendon adhesion of the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TAM and FIM scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and TAM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance in FIM scores between the two groups.Conclusion Musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation electrotherapy has good therapeutic effect on severe adhesion of patients after tendon repair of the hand,and can significantly improve patients'mobility function,which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients and promoting the improvement of the condition.
