动态心电图与常规心电图在心律失常诊断中的效果和检出率比较

摘　　要：目的探究动态心电图与常规心电图在心律失常诊断中的效果和检出率。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的85例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,观察患者常规心电图检查和动态心电图检查心律失常检出率及不同心律失常检出情况。结果动态心电图心律失常检出率为95.29%,高于常规心电图的83.53%,漏诊率为2.35%,低于常规心电图的10.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种心电图误诊率比较差异无统计学意义。动态心电图室性早搏成对、室性二联律和三联律、房性早搏成对、房性二联律和三联律及短阵室上速检出率均显著高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种心电图室性早搏早发、房性早搏早发、房颤、室速检出率比较差异无统计学意义。结论动态心电图对心律失常检出率更高,且能准确反映心律失常类型,为患者疾病的诊断及治疗方案的制订提供可靠的参考依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To compare the effect and detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia,and analyze its clinical application value.Methods 85 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the detection rates of arrhythmia and different arrhythmias were observed by routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram.Results The detection rate of arrhythmia in dynamic electrocardiogram was 95.29%,which was higher than 83.53%in routine electrocardiogram,the missed diagnosis rate was 2.35%,which was lower than 10.59%in routine electrocardiogram,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the misdiagnosis rate between the two electrocardiogram.The detection rates of paired ventricular premature beats,ventricular dual and triple laws,atrial premature beats,atrial dual law and triple law and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in dynamic electrocardiogram were significantly higher than those in routine electrocardiogram(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rate of ventricular premature beat,atrial premature beat,atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia between the two electrocardiogram.Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram has higher detection rate of arrhythmia,and can accurately reflect the types of arrhythmia,which provides reliable reference for the diagnosis of patients'diseases and the formulation of treatment plans,and has high clinical application value.
