微粒化黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨微粒化黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2021年5月本院收治的140例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为两组,各70例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予微粒化黄体酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白(Hb)水平及性激素指标[促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度明显薄于对照组,Hb水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FSH、LH、E2水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微粒化黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血效果显著,可改善子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平,恢复月经正常,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microgranular progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 140 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random lottery method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone and the observation group was treated with microgranular progesterone,the clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin level and sex hormones indexes(follicle stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH]and estradiol[E2])were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly thin-ner than that in the control group,and the Hb level was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microgranular progesterone has significant effect in the treatment of abnormal uter-ine bleeding during perimenopause,which can improve endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels,restore normal menstruation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
