星状神经节阻滞术治疗交感型颈椎病的临床疗效及对患者疼痛和椎动脉血流的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨星状神经节阻滞术治疗交感型颈椎病的临床疗效及对患者疼痛和椎动脉血流的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的240例交感型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组120例。对照组采取常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用星状神经节阻滞术治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、椎动脉和基底动脉血流和临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组舒张末期血流速度(VD)、收缩期峰值血流速度(VS)均快于治疗前,且观察组快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞术治疗交感型颈椎病疗效显著,有助于缓解患者病情,减轻患者疼痛感,改善椎动脉血流情况。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis and its in-fluence on pain and vertebral artery blood flow.Methods 240 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number ta-ble method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with stellate ganglion block on the basis of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic peak velocity(VD)and systolic peak velocity(VS)of the two groups were faster than those before treatment,and the observation group was faster than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion block has significant effect in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis,which is helpful to alleviate the patients'condition,relieve the pa-tient's pain and improve the vertebral artery blood flow.
